Major Duties:
-Handle all customer enquiries related to quality issues.
-Maintain and repair lutz products.
-Coordinate quality improvement initiatives with the quality department in German.
-Handle customer complaints and work closely with the sales department to ensure all complaints are addressed promptly.
- Work with production to undertake root cause analysis of quality problems for products purchase from German or China.
-Provide individual product’s solution system to customer.
Requirements:
-College above degree
-Minimum of 5 years experience working with electronics in any type of role. related to testing and analyzing digital electronic devices.
-Experience with electronics related to pumps controls is an advantage.
-Good command in reading English.
