When the static pressure at the relief valve inlet reaches the set pressure, the position of the disc will increase proportionately with the increase in inlet pressure (not less than 1/4 of the aperture).Lifting safety valve is suitable for equipment or pipelines of incompressible fluids operating at temperatures ≤300°C as an overpressure protection device.
Cover: the cover of the relief valve is open, allowing the spring chamber to be connected to the atmosphere, which helps to reduce the temperature of the spring, and is mainly suitable for high temperature gas containers where the medium is steam and can withstand high temperature without polluting the atmosphere.
Lever: when the medium pressure exceeds 75% of the set pressure, the relief valve can be opened manually by means of a lever (provided that safety is ensured).
